June 1 – The lockdown is extended for another month as the city slowly reopens beyond essential services. Restaurants remain open for take-out and deliver
April 20 – Six weeks into the lockdown. The message from Our Medical Officer of Health is Stay home, stay informed, stay healthy & stay calm. Watch Mayor John Tory. Interview CP24.
March 27 –  A state of emergency is declared for the city of Toronto to help contain the spread and prevent the disease  from overwhelming the health-care system.
January 27 2020 –  The National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg confirms Canada’s first documented case of the Novel Coronavirus.
December 31  2019 – A pneumonia outbreak reported in Wuhan, China is traced to a novel strain of coronavirus.

COVID-19 is a new virus that has not been previously identified in humans. A virus is a submicroscopic infectious agent that replicates only inside the living cells of an organism. Rarely, animal coronaviruses can infect people, and more rarely, these can then spread from person to person through close contact.

Food on the Table

Looks pretty good. The carrots didn’t look much like what I ordered  but the asparagus looks very good!
The fruit looks fine. Prices seem reasonable. Ordering was easy which is a plus. 
Minimum order is not too high for free delivery. I would use them again.

Half of us are going to come out of this quarantine as amazing cooks. The other half will come out with a drinking problem.

PSA – every few days try your jeans on just to make sure they fit. Pajamas will have you believe all is well in the kingdom.
Homeschooling is going well. 2 students suspended for fighting and 1 teacher fired for drinking on the job.

This morning I saw a neighbour talking to her cat. It was obvious she thought her cat understood her. I came into my house, told my dog – we laughed a lot.

Quarantine Day 5 – Went to this restaurant called THE KITCHEN. You have to gather all the ingredients and make your own meal. I have no clue how this place is still in business.

Day 6 of Homeschooling – My child just said "I hope I don't have the same teacher next year" – I'm offended.
Better 6 feet apart than 6 feet under.

There's a concert this year that's only 45 cents!
Really?, You ask.
It's 50 cent featuring Nickleback : )
